It is my great pleasure to invite you to attend our 2009 RISQ Conference which will mark the 20th year of existence for RISQ. 20 years of being at the forefront of internet development and growth is an occasion worth celebrating. To help mark this occasion we have put together a multi-disciplinary program. We will also take this opportunity to pay homage to those who provided RISQ with its vision and tribute to those that translated that vision into the success that is RISQ is today.
